⢠Facilitate collaboration across provider, payer, post-acute, and community-based stakeholders to advance care coordination and network performance objectives.
⢠Create compelling executive narratives that demonstrate measurable value, financial impact, clinical outcomes, and strategic alignment.
⢠Identify risk indicators early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to protect customer outcomes and retention.
⢠Champion customer advocacy by bringing healthcare market insights and customer feedback into product and organizational planning discussions.
Required Qualifications
⢠5+ years of healthcare industry experience, including customer-facing, consulting, account management, customer success, operational leadership, or strategic partnership roles.
⢠Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations, health systems, health plans, physician groups, ACOs, payer-provider partnerships, or value-based care organizations.

⢠Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in dynamic healthcare environments.
⢠Experience using CRM platforms and customer success technologies.
Preferred Qualifications

⢠Experience working with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), post-acute providers, care transitions, discharge planning, or care coordination initiatives.
⢠Familiarity with PointClickCare, PAC technology, EHR platforms, interoperability solutions, or healthcare SaaS applications.
⢠Clinical operations, healthcare applications, consulting, or implementation experience.
⢠Experience leading executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Why This Role Matters
You will help healthcare organizations transform how care is coordinated across acute, post-acute, payer, and community settings. By partnering with executive healthcare leaders and driving measurable business outcomes, you will play a critical role in advancing value-based care, improving patient outcomes, and maximizing the value customers receive from PointClickCareâs industry-leading platform.

⢠Practical experience with ACOs, value-based care, payer-provider collaboration, and population health.

Translates network automation capabilities into technical content, customer workflows, and field enablement to drive product adoption and market positioning.
Forward was founded in 2013 by four Stanford Ph.D.s, building the industryâs first network digital twin: a mathematically accurate model of the production network. Itâs the foundation for autonomous networking, giving engineers and AI agents the ability to know the impact of every change before it touches production. That founding instinct still defines how we work. Weâre accurate and evidence-driven, relentless about clarity, and weâd rather be certain than comfortable, building a groundbreaking platform that transforms how teams run and secure networks across every major cloud and vendor environment.
Global leaders like Goldman Sachs, PayPal, S&P Global, IBM, and Dell trust Forward, alongside fast-growing enterprises and government agencies, realizing an average of $14.2 million in annual benefits, according to IDC. Backed by top-tier investors, including A. Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, MSD Partners, Omega Venture Partners, Section 32, and Threshold Ventures, and headquartered in Santa Clara, weâre most proud of our team: curious people whoâd rather build what doesnât exist than accept how things have always been done.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer (Network Automation) to help drive adoption and understanding of Forwardâs automation capabilities across customers, partners, and the broader network engineering community.
As a Senior Network Automation TME, you will sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market execution. You will translate Forwardâs differentiated automation capabilities â network queries, verification-as-code, API-driven workflows, and CI/CD-style change validation â into compelling automation workflows, technical content, and field enablement that resonate with network automation practitioners and decision-makers.
This is a non-quota-carrying, highly technical, and externally visible role with meaningful influence on product direction and market positioning.
The base pay range for this role is between $200,000 and $230,000. Base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Senior designer creates static and motion graphics for paid social campaigns, translating brand strategy into high-quality ad creative while managing compliance and maintaining visual consistency at scale.
Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency built to help marketers grow and capitalize on change. Ad Age, Inc Magazine, The Washington Post, The Washingtonian, and The Washington Business Journal have recognized Silverback as one of the best places to work.
We hire the best and help them get better. Silverbackers are supported, challenged and inspired by their peers. Regardless of title or tenure, every Silverbacker plays a role in helping our agency get better. This is a place where you can make a difference.
â˘Â Translate strategy into visuals: partner closely with our Creative Strategist to take research, hooks, and loose creative briefs and turn them into concrete visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets
⢠Produce both statics and video: design and build static ad creative and edit/produce short-form video and motion content for paid social at a consistently high craft level
⢠Interpret brand guidance at any altitude: work from anything ranging from a thin one-pager to a comprehensive brand system, and reliably produce creative thatâs unmistakably on-brand either way
⢠Navigate regulated-industry review cycles: produce creative that anticipates compliance and legal scrutiny, minimizing revision rounds and rejection risk without watering down creative quality
⢠Push brands into new creative territory: identify opportunities to evolve a brandâs creative expression to unlock scale and new-market growth, while staying inside brand-safety guardrails
⢠Select and edit raw footage/imagery: review raw photography and video footage from shoots and select, crop, cut, and edit the strongest material into finished assets â no on-set creative direction required
⢠Own asset quality and turnaround: deliver polished, client-ready work with minimal internal revision cycles so assets arenât burning days internally before they even reach the client
⢠Maintain visual consistency at scale: keep creative consistent and on-brand across a high volume of ad variations, formats, and platform
Core Experience
⢠5+ years in a hands-on creative production role â Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or similar âwith dedicated performance/paid social experience
⢠A portfolio that shows range across both static design and video/motion editing, ideally for paid social specifically
⢠Experience working within brand guidelines of varying depth and translating them into new creative applications
⢠Experience in regulated or highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance, legal, or similar) is a strong plus, given our client base
⢠Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes
Craft & Technical Skills
⢠Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or similar) for static design and layout
⢠Strong proficiency in After Effects (or similar) for motion graphics and video editing
⢠Comfortable editing raw video/photo footage into finished assets: selects, cuts, pacing, captions/graphics overlays
⢠Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator) as needed
⢠Understands platform-specific creative specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other paid social channels
Creative & Strategic Judgment
⢠A strong eye for what âgoodâ looks like in modern performance advertising â thumb-stopping, polished, and effective, not just pretty
⢠Understands performance/paid-social fundamentals (hooks, pacing, hierarchy, CTAs) well enough to make smart creative calls independently, without needing to run the strategy
⢠Can take a loose brief or visual direction and fill in the gaps with sound creative judgment
⢠High attention to detail â typos, brand misapplications, and spec errors donât make it to client review
⢠Comfortable giving and receiving fast, iterative feedback in a deadline-driven environment
Working Style
⢠Thrives on speed without sacrificing polish â this role owns production timelines that need to move fast to offset long approval cycles
⢠Collaborative by nature; sees the Creative Strategist as a partner, not a hand-off point
⢠Self-sufficient in production; doesnât need heavy oversight to get from brief to finished asset
⢠Assets consistently reach client/compliance review in 1â2 internal revision rounds or fewer
⢠Creative reliably passes compliance and legal review with minimal rework
⢠Output balances brand safety with creative freshness â clients see growth and new territory, not just âmore of the sameâ
⢠The Strategist and Senior Performance Creative function as a true two-person creative engine, each covering what the other doesnât
What This Role Is Not:
⢠Not a photo/video shoot creative director â you wonât be expected to run or direct live shoots, just to select and edit from whatâs captured
⢠Not a pure strategist â research, testing frameworks, and reporting live with the Creative Strategist, not this role
âWhy Silverback?â
Silverback isnât for everybody. If youâre an A player, you will get paid more, learn more and grow faster with support from a smart and fun team. If youâre a B player, you will be miserable
Work with the A team: We are ruthless about putting the best possible team on the field
Make an impact: Weâre a small agency. Everybody has the opportunity to drive change and impact
Get paid: We hire the best and pay them generously

Owns sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, GTM planning, and compensation strategy to drive data-driven revenue operations decisions.
Spreedly is the worldâs leading Open Payments Platform. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Durham, NC, the company gives mid-market and enterprise businesses the infrastructure to connect to any payment gateway, processor, or fraud tool through a single API. The platform is vendor-agnostic by design, meaning customers are never locked into a single provider and never need to rebuild their payments stack to access new capabilities.
The core business problem Spreedly solves is real and costly: global merchants face a fragmented payments ecosystem, where every new market, payment method, or fraud tool typically requires a separate, time-consuming integration. Spreedly eliminates that complexity, enabling companies to route transactions intelligently, secure cardholder data, prevent fraud, and expand into new markets without heavy engineering overhead.
About the Role:
Spreedly is building a new go-to-market operations function, and weâre hiring a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to help run it. Revenue Operations is joining Business Operations, and rather than migrate the function as-is, weâre pivoting it into a broader GTM Operations pillar â one built to run a predictable, efficient go-to-market operating engine.
This is a senior individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities, reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Operations and serving as a trusted thought partner to our SVP of Revenue. You will own sales forecasting, pipeline and performance analytics, GTM planning, and sales compensation strategy, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis with broader business context to inform decisions. You will work closely with the GTM Operations Analyst, who will contribute operational context, supporting analysis, and execution, while this role maintains overall accountability for the forecast, quota methodology, and recommendations to Revenue leadership.
You will go beyond reporting what happened. You will independently identify what is changing in the business, understand why, and translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that help Revenue leadership act early â for example, spotting churn risk in the funnel before it becomes lost revenue. This role is designed for someone who wants significant impact through expertise, judgment, analytical rigor, and execution rather than through managing a team. You will operate with significant autonomy, partnering directly with executive and sales leadership to turn analysis into action.

Spreedly Product Offering:
Spreedly provides an open payments platform. The platformâs connectivity provides payments performance. Key products and services include:
Connectâ A unified API that integrates with hundreds of payment gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods worldwide, including digital wallets. Merchants access the global payments ecosystem through one connection.
Vault â A PCI-compliant secure repository for payment methods. Merchants store card data once and reuse it across any payment service, reducing PCI scope and protecting cardholder data at scale.
Optimizeâ Workflow-driven routing and retry logic that directs each transaction to the best-performing gateway in real time. On average, 7.9% of failed transactions succeed immediately when retried on a secondary gateway. This is where merchants recover lost revenue and increase authorization success rates.
Protectâ A flexible fraud and authentication layer, incorporating advanced fraud tools and 3DS. Following Spreedlyâs acquisition of Dodgeball in September 2025, fraud orchestration and payment optimization now operate within the same platform.
Resolveâ Centralized management and reporting that reduces operational silos, strengthens security, and improves billing control across a merchantâs entire payment operation.

â
What Itâs Like to Work Here:
We describe our team as âSpreedlingsâ: diverse, forward-thinking, and driven by a shared belief that a more open payments ecosystem benefits everyone. The company operates with a culture built on transparency, courageous collaboration, and self-driven leadership. The team values simplicity in both product and process, and approaches problem-solving with genuine curiosity.
â
We champion the ethical, creative use of AIâif youâre someone who pairs human judgment with modern AI tools to work smarter and drive bigger impact, youâll thrive here.
â
Spreedly is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We actively work to drive out even unintentional discrimination in our hiring processes via practices like blindly graded work samples, structured interviews, and diversity awareness training.
Due to the sensitive nature of what Spreedly does - handling payment data - finalist candidates must complete a successful background and reference check.
At this time Spreedly is unable to provide sponsorship for employment, and we are not set up to support remote employees who reside in New York. In order to be considered for employment, applicants must be currently legally authorized to work in the job location country and not require future sponsorship in order to continue working in that country.
We appreciate your interest in our company. Because of the high volume of resume flow, we may only respond to those candidates that we think will be a potential fit.

Manages paid media marketing technology stack, translating channel requirements into technical integrations, measurement systems, and platform strategy across vendors and teams.
Chime has centralized MarTech as the shared technology foundation for all of Growth and Marketing. Web platform, communications and lifecycle platforms, ad tech, content and asset systems, experimentation, and AI marketing tooling now sit under one team â with a mandate to turn a stack of point solutions into a single growth engine. The team connects paid media channel managers, vendors, Marketing Engineering, Product, Data and Analytics, and the broader marketing organization â turning marketing requirements into reliable platforms, integrations, measurement, and data flows.
Weâre hiring a Senior Paid Media MarTech Manager to make that foundation work especially well across the paid media portfolio. You will bring hands-on depth in paid media technology, measurement, attribution, mobile and app marketing, audience activation, and API/SDK integrations â while also helping shape the broader cross-channel MarTech platform strategy.
This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful technical depth and broad cross-functional reach. You will be the person who can understand what channel teams need, translate it into clear technical requirements, work directly with vendors and engineers, troubleshoot when measurement or integrations break, and make sound decisions about what we should buy, build, integrate, consolidate, or retire. The work sits squarely between marketing and engineering: you are the person who can hold a credible conversation in both rooms and translate faithfully in each direction.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $153,000 and up to $200,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Senior Compliance Risk Manager executes securities compliance programs, conducts compliance testing, manages regulatory filings, and oversees risk controls across fintech operations.
In Rome, senators were barred from shipping grain for profit. In India, Buddhist parables warned of merchants who abused their customersâ trust. In 17th-century Amsterdam, the earliest shareholders demanded transparency from the worldâs first joint-stock company. In every era, one principle has reasserted itself: where there is financial power, there must also be ethical infrastructure. Where there is innovation, there must also be controls ensuring a strong, trustworthy foundation upon which the growth is built.
At Mercury, we believe compliance is the infrastructure of trustâa way to engineer safety, transparency, and integrity directly into the architecture of financial innovation. This isnât about bureaucracy or backstops. Itâs about building control systems that scale with ambition, that evolve with product velocity, and that speak fluently in the language of risk and regulation.
Weâre hiring a Senior Compliance Risk Manager, Securities to help us continue this tradition: someone who can translate regulation into design, design into process, and process into enduring trust. The Senior Compliance Risk Manager will independently execute on our securities compliance and supervision program while driving high-quality oversight across regulated entities, marketing programs, and financial partnership projects. This role bridges tactical execution with strategic ownership, providing operational clarity and regulatory confidence in how Mercury builds and scales.
This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on execution, is energized by precision, and enjoys cross-functional problem-solving. The individual will be a key contributor across Mercuryâs Compliance teams and part of a highly-collaborative environment. Responsibilities will span a wide range of areas, from conducting compliance testing and inspections, owning annual completion and certification of compliance reports, maintaining policy and procedure inventory, supporting regulatory investigations and examinations, licensing, surveillance, marketing, and regulatory filings. The role involves especially close coordination with licensed employees and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Operations.
