Strategic customer success manager for enterprise healthcare organizations, driving adoption and value realization of software solutions while serving as executive advisor to healthcare leaders.
The Role
PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to some of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. This role is responsible for managing complex enterprise relationships across health systems, health plans, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Risk-Bearing Entities (RBEs), provider networks, and value-based care organizations.
This is not a traditional customer success role. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted executive partner to senior healthcare leaders, helping customers achieve strategic, operational, financial, and clinical outcomes through effective adoption and optimization of PointClickCare solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer success expertise with deep healthcare domain knowledge and experience navigating highly matrixed healthcare organizations. They must be comfortable engaging executive stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, and driving measurable value realization across large enterprise accounts.
Experience supporting value-based care initiatives, population health programs, care coordination strategies, and payer-provider collaboration models is strongly preferred. Knowledge of post-acute care workflows, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and transitions of care is highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, VPs, population health leaders, value-based care executives, clinical leaders, and operational decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer outcomes, adoption, retention, growth, and long-term partnership success.
• Align PointClickCare capabilities with customer business objectives, regulatory priorities, population health initiatives, and value-based care programs.
• Lead executive business reviews focused on business outcomes, ROI realization, strategic priorities, adoption performance, and organizational success metrics.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through analysis of customer performance, utilization trends, workflow adoption, and market best practices.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, and Executive Leadership to drive customer success and resolve complex business challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration across provider, payer, post-acute, and community-based stakeholders to advance care coordination and network performance objectives.
• Create compelling executive narratives that demonstrate measurable value, financial impact, clinical outcomes, and strategic alignment.
• Identify risk indicators early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to protect customer outcomes and retention.
• Champion customer advocacy by bringing healthcare market insights and customer feedback into product and organizational planning discussions.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, including customer-facing, consulting, account management, customer success, operational leadership, or strategic partnership roles.
• Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations, health systems, health plans, physician groups, ACOs, payer-provider partnerships, or value-based care organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, care delivery, reimbursement models, and healthcare technology ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to identify performance opportunities and customer value realization.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in dynamic healthcare environments.
• Experience using CRM platforms and customer success technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience supporting Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Risk-Bearing Entities (RBEs), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Managed Care Organizations, or other value-based care models.
• Deep understanding of population health management, quality improvement programs, healthcare performance measures, and value-based reimbursement frameworks.
• Experience working with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), post-acute providers, care transitions, discharge planning, or care coordination initiatives.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare, PAC technology, EHR platforms, interoperability solutions, or healthcare SaaS applications.
• Clinical operations, healthcare applications, consulting, or implementation experience.
• Experience leading executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Why This Role Matters
You will help healthcare organizations transform how care is coordinated across acute, post-acute, payer, and community settings. By partnering with executive healthcare leaders and driving measurable business outcomes, you will play a critical role in advancing value-based care, improving patient outcomes, and maximizing the value customers receive from PointClickCare’s industry-leading platform.
Travel
Approximately 30% travel, including customer-facing engagements, industry events, and occasional travel to PointClickCare offices and leadership meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidates will bring:
• Enterprise Customer Success experience managing complex healthcare accounts.
• Executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Practical experience with ACOs, value-based care, payer-provider collaboration, and population health.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery across acute, post-acute, and community settings.
• Experience working with SNFs and post-acute networks as a significant differentiator.

Leads three teams (support, retention, winback) to maximize customer retention, reduce churn, manage refunds, and improve CSAT for a telehealth company.

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Success & Retention Manager for RNK Health.
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
About our client
RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, our own funnels, and our own sales and support team.
What this job is
You own everything that happens after the first purchase — keeping customers, winning them back, supporting them, and protecting our name. You run three teams (support, retention, and winback) through their supervisors, and you own their results: retention, refunds, CSAT, and brand reputation. If churn drops and lifetime value climbs, that’s you. If refunds spike or our reviews tank, that’s also you.
This is a strategic leadership role — you’re leading leaders, not working tickets yourself. You set the targets, build the programs, and scale the teams; your supervisors run the day-to-day. You partner with the Sales Director, who owns acquisition — you own the customer once they’re ours.
What you’ll own
The teams (support, retention, winback). Own the results of all three through their supervisors. Set clear targets, run your leaders, and build the structure to scale headcount as we grow — global workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
Retention and churn. Own the retention metrics end to end — churn rate, retention by cohort and by product, save rate, and lifetime value. Know why customers leave, build the plays to keep them, and prove the plays work.
Refunds. Own the refund rate and the drivers behind it. Cut the refunds that come from bad fit or bad experience — and know the difference between a refund problem and a healthy cancellation.
Winback. Own the winback engine — the offers, the cadence, and the results. Turn churned customers back into paying ones, and know the ROI of every winback offer by product.
CSAT and support quality. Own CSAT and support quality — response times, resolution, and tone. Support is the front line of the brand; keep it fast, human, and on-message.
Loyalty and lifetime value. Build and own loyalty programs, referrals, and lifecycle plays that raise LTV and make customers stick.
Brand reputation. Own how we look to the outside world — reviews (Trustpilot and others), ratings, and public feedback. Drive real reviews the right way (never fake ones), respond to the bad ones, and protect the brand.
Tools. Own the support and retention stack — Zendesk today, plus whatever we need to add. Configure it, keep it clean, and make sure it gives you the numbers to run the teams.
Staying legal. We’re healthcare — support, retention, and winback all touch patients. Every message and offer follows health privacy rules (HIPAA), subscription and cancellation disclosure rules, and honest review/advertising rules (no fake reviews, no claims we can’t back up). You work closely with compliance.
Who we’re looking for
Five or more years in customer success, retention, or support leadership, with two or more leading other leaders (managing supervisors or team leads)
You’ve owned retention, churn, or LTV as a number and moved it — with the data to prove it
You’ve scaled a support or CS team through growth, not just run a steady-state one
You’re comfortable living in the data — churn cohorts, refund drivers, CSAT — and can prove a change worked
You’ve run a winback or save program and know the ROI of your offers
You understand brand reputation and review platforms, and you play it straight
You know Zendesk (or a comparable support platform) well enough to configure it yourself
Nice to have
Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business
Experience with Zendesk, Trustpilot, or a loyalty/retention platform
You’ve built a loyalty or referral program from scratch
Comfort partnering with sales and operations functions
First 90 days
Days 1–30: Learn the product and customer journey, sit in with support, retention, and winback, audit our retention, refund, and CSAT numbers, and hand us a written list of where we’re bleeding customers and revenue.
Days 31–60: Set targets for each team, tighten the winback offers, and launch your first retention or refund-reduction play.
Days 61–90: Show a measurable move in retention or refunds, a plan for a loyalty program, and a staffing and scaling plan for the next quarter.
How to apply
Send your resume plus a short note answering two questions:
Describe a time you moved a retention or churn number. What did you change, and what were the numbers before and after?
Refunds are climbing month over month. Walk us through how you’d find the cause and your first three moves.
Senior Customer Success Manager serves as strategic advisor to enterprise healthcare organizations, managing complex relationships and driving adoption and outcomes across PointClickCare solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong customer success expertise with deep healthcare domain knowledge and experience navigating highly matrixed healthcare organizations. They must be comfortable engaging executive stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions, and driving measurable value realization across large enterprise accounts.
Experience supporting value-based care initiatives, population health programs, care coordination strategies, and payer-provider collaboration models is strongly preferred. Knowledge of post-acute care workflows, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and transitions of care is highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, VPs, population health leaders, value-based care executives, clinical leaders, and operational decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer outcomes, adoption, retention, growth, and long-term partnership success.
• Align PointClickCare capabilities with customer business objectives, regulatory priorities, population health initiatives, and value-based care programs.
• Lead executive business reviews focused on business outcomes, ROI realization, strategic priorities, adoption performance, and organizational success metrics.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement through analysis of customer performance, utilization trends, workflow adoption, and market best practices.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, and Executive Leadership to drive customer success and resolve complex business challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration across provider, payer, post-acute, and community-based stakeholders to advance care coordination and network performance objectives.
• Create compelling executive narratives that demonstrate measurable value, financial impact, clinical outcomes, and strategic alignment.
• Identify risk indicators early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to protect customer outcomes and retention.
• Champion customer advocacy by bringing healthcare market insights and customer feedback into product and organizational planning discussions.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, including customer-facing, consulting, account management, customer success, operational leadership, or strategic partnership roles.
• Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations, health systems, health plans, physician groups, ACOs, payer-provider partnerships, or value-based care organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, care delivery, reimbursement models, and healthcare technology ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to identify performance opportunities and customer value realization.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in dynamic healthcare environments.
• Experience using CRM platforms and customer success technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience supporting Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Risk-Bearing Entities (RBEs), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Managed Care Organizations, or other value-based care models.
• Deep understanding of population health management, quality improvement programs, healthcare performance measures, and value-based reimbursement frameworks.
• Experience working with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), post-acute providers, care transitions, discharge planning, or care coordination initiatives.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare, PAC technology, EHR platforms, interoperability solutions, or healthcare SaaS applications.
• Clinical operations, healthcare applications, consulting, or implementation experience.
• Experience leading executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Why This Role Matters
You will help healthcare organizations transform how care is coordinated across acute, post-acute, payer, and community settings. By partnering with executive healthcare leaders and driving measurable business outcomes, you will play a critical role in advancing value-based care, improving patient outcomes, and maximizing the value customers receive from PointClickCare’s industry-leading platform.
Travel
Approximately 30% travel, including customer-facing engagements, industry events, and occasional travel to PointClickCare offices and leadership meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidates will bring:
• Enterprise Customer Success experience managing complex healthcare accounts.
• Executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Practical experience with ACOs, value-based care, payer-provider collaboration, and population health.
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery across acute, post-acute, and community settings.
• Experience working with SNFs and post-acute networks as a significant differentiator.
• A consultative mindset with the ability to translate technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Lead technical support for an AI ad management platform, owning customer onboarding, ticket resolution, QA releases, and engineering triage for media buying teams.
Headquarters: Tampa, Florida
URL: https://koast.ai
Head of Technical Support | Full-time | Remote (US hours) | Reports to the CEO
Koast is the AI operating layer for teams that run Meta ads at volume. Agencies, in-house media buying teams, and enterprise buyers managing 10+ ad accounts and launching 50+ ads a week use Koast to launch faster, automate optimizations off real attribution data, and see every account from one Command Center. The Koast Agent is the next layer: an AI that reads the account, spots what matters, and acts inside guardrails.
Our customers are media buyers. When something breaks, it is not a support ticket to them. It is a campaign that did not launch, a budget that did not move, or an account they cannot see. They need someone on the other end who has run ads, knows what they are looking at, and can tell the difference between a Meta API error, a user mistake, and a real bug.
That is this role. You are the anchor between our customers and our engineers. You will onboard every new account, own every ticket, QA every release before it hits production, and make sure engineering hears about patterns, not anecdotes.
What You WIll Own...
Onboarding. Every new customer gets set up right the first time: ad accounts connected, attribution (Hyros, Cometly) wired in, team invited, first launch done together on a call. You will run these sessions yourself, then build the playbook and the in-app flow so the next hundred customers need less of you.
Support, end to end. Intercom is yours. Response times, resolution quality, the help center, the macros, the escalation path. You will answer tickets yourself until the volume justifies a hire, and you will know every customer by name before you delegate a single one.
Triage and the bridge to engineering. You decide what is a bug, what is a feature gap, what is Meta being Meta, and what is user error. Bugs get reproduced, documented with steps and account context, and filed in Shortcut with enough detail that an engineer can fix it without asking you a follow-up question. Patterns get surfaced in the weekly review with numbers: how many customers, how much spend affected, how often.
QA and release quality. Nothing ships to production without you having run it against a real ad account. You will own the QA pass on every release: launch flows, automations, Agent actions, integrations. You know what a broken campaign structure looks like in Ads Manager, and you catch it before a customer does.
System tightness. Meta API connections, token refreshes, webhook health, Whop account provisioning, attribution syncs. You will monitor them (Sentry, PostHog, internal dashboards), notice when something drifts, and get it fixed before it turns into a ticket.
Customer health and retention. You will know which accounts are launching, which have gone quiet, and which are about to churn. You will bring that list to the CEO weekly and you will own the outreach.
Small team, high autonomy. Decisions are made with numbers, written down, and revisited when the numbers change. These are the values we run on. If they sound like you, you will fit right in.
