Manages IT operations, user access, and builds automation workflows to reduce manual IT tasks across SaaS and cloud infrastructure for a fintech company.
At Centrifuge, we’re not just talking about tokenization; we’re making it real. In the past year alone, we’ve partnered with S&P Dow Jones Indices, announced the first tokenized S&P 500 Index Fund, brought Janus Henderson’s AAA CLO strategy onchain, and crossed $1.7B in TVL. We’re also well-funded, backed by leading investors such as ParaFi Capital, Greenfield, Circle Ventures, and Coinbase. We’re live across more than ten blockchains and building the open infrastructure for real-world assets at scale. We’re looking for a hands-on IT & Automation Engineer to own the systems a fast-moving 20 person team runs on. You’ll own identity, access, and IT operations across our entire SaaS and cloud stack, and your mandate is to automate the repetitive parts away. This is not a ticket mill: expect 2 to 3 requests a day, high trust, high stakes, and the freedom to build the tooling that makes your own queue smaller. You’ll work directly with our DevOps & Security lead, in a company where the security bar is set by a live fintech protocol.
You’ll be the person who keeps IT and operations running for a real production fintech company: access requests, user lifecycle, SaaS administration, and the routine deployments and infrastructure tasks the engineering org depends on. The queue is the job, and automation makes the queue smaller. In your first months you’ll build self-service workflows (Slack bots, Terraform for Google Workspace, small API integrations) that remove a meaningful slice of the recurring requests for good.
You’ll also work hands-on across our GCP and Cloudflare stack with increasing autonomy: routine deployments, DNS changes, CI fixes, and larger infrastructure changes that you prepare and our security lead reviews. Over time the role grows in two directions: deeper into security operations (access governance, compliance engineering, working through SOC 2 hands-on) and deeper into automation, owning the tooling the company runs on. Bigger infrastructure changes you prepare together with our security lead, who owns the architecture. If you’re process-oriented, like owning systems end to end, and get satisfaction from replacing manual work with something you built, this is the role.
Tech stack: Google Workspace, GitHub, GCP, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Python/Bash, Slack APIs, plus Web3 tooling.
This is a full-time, permanent role. We work fully remote with a European base, generally around 09:00 to 17:00 local time, with the flexibility to overlap US hours when something needs it. There’s an annual learning budget for courses, conferences, and certifications, and the occasional out-of-hours moment when a production incident needs attention, typically only a handful of times a year and always with escalation support behind you.
You’d own the entire IT and access surface of a live fintech protocol with over $1B in real assets onchain: one company instead of thirty clients, crypto-grade security practices, and no change-approval bureaucracy between you and a better setup. You’ll work directly with a senior DevOps & Security engineer, with real room to grow. It’s hands-on experience you won’t get in many places, in a small, fast-moving, well-funded team, fully remote, with real autonomy over the systems you look after.

Define and implement SLIs/SLOs, establish error budgets, strengthen incident response processes, and coach engineering teams on reliability best practices across the platform.
Fingerprint empowers enterprises to detect and stop online fraud with the world’s most accurate device intelligence. We lead our industry with bleeding-edge identification capabilities and work on turning new ideas and discoveries in the fraud detection space into reality. Our customers range from innovative startups to leading enterprise companies, including Plaid, Dropbox, and Booking.com.
Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company. We were named on on the 2026 Forbes Best Startup Employers list and ranked #803 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures (Tesla, Facebook, Airbnb ), Nexus Venture Partners ( Postman, Apollo.io, MinIO, Druva) and Uncorrelated Ventures ( Redis, Rollbar, Gradle).
You will be Fingerprint’s first dedicated Site Reliability Engineer. You will work alongside our Architect on the shape of the platform, with Cloud Platform on the infrastructure that runs it, and with every product team on how they operate what they own — without direct reports. The mandate has three parts. First, make reliability measurable: define SLIs and SLOs for our critical paths, get teams to own them, and make error budgets the shared language for prioritizing reliability against features. Second, raise the operational bar: strengthen incident response, postmortem quality, alerting, and change safety so that we find out first and repeat incidents stop repeating. Third, build the mindset: coach teams to design for failure, test for it deliberately, and treat operability as part of done — so the practices outlive your involvement in any single team.
You report directly to the VP of Engineering. That placement is deliberate: reliability standards need to apply evenly across eight engineering groups, and you need the neutrality to hold every team, including infrastructure, to the same bar.
Make reliability measurable
Raise the operational bar
Build the SRE mindset in teams

We’re a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Senior Risk Associate to run Lithic’s risk assessment function: the client risk assessment program, the third party risk management program, and the enterprise risk assessment. You will execute the assessments, own the operations that keep them on schedule and defensible, and continuously improve the rubrics, questionnaires, registers, and SOPs that govern them. You will also own program underwriting: the criteria, limit and reserve recommendations, and periodic reassessment that follow a client from diligence through scale.
This is an AI-forward role. Lithic is deploying agentic tooling across diligence and documentation workflows, and this role owns that build in the assessment domain: testing, tuning, and documenting the tooling so routine collection, review, and drafting are absorbed by automation, while you own the judgment calls, the exceptions, and the written product that goes to partner banks and examiners.
This role operates with limited guidance and owns its programs end to end. It is sized for ownership, orchestration, and judgment rather than queue/ticket processing.

The annual US salary range for this role is $86,000 - $144,000, plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
