Data Analytics Product Analytics Associate Engineer at Twin Health

Builds data pipelines and analytics systems to transform member and care team data into actionable insights for product and clinical teams.

Junior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Analytics Associate Engineer to join our Data Platform team, supporting the data-driven insights and product analytics that directly improve member outcomes and Care Team effectiveness. This is a great opportunity to grow at the intersection of product, data, and healthcare — working alongside our Data Engineering and Product Analytics team to help translate Member and Care Team data into actionable insights, while building deep, hands-on experience with modern analytics engineering practices. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leads, and Data Engineers, with support and mentorship from senior team members as you grow into greater ownership of your own product areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting to support their day-to-day decision-making
  • Help set up and monitor A/B tests — building tracking queries, checking data quality during test runs, and summarizing results for senior team members to review
  • Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for specific, well-scoped tables and metrics, with code review and guidance from senior analytics engineers
  • Build and update components of dashboards and reports in our BI tools (e.g., adding a new metric, fixing a broken visualization) under the direction of senior team members
  • Help track and report on established KPIs across product areas — member engagement, CGM utilization, Care Team effectiveness — using existing frameworks and definitions
  • Learn our data architecture by working closely with Data Engineers, asking questions, and gradually taking on small pipeline tasks
  • Run data quality checks on assigned datasets and flag anomalies or inconsistencies to the team
  • Practice communicating findings clearly in team meetings and written summaries, building toward more stakeholder-facing work over time
  • Contribute to documentation (data dictionaries, metric definitions) for the models and reports you work on
  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative in identifying small improvements to existing processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role (internships and co-ops count)
  • Solid SQL skills — comfortable writing joins, aggregations, and window functions; eager to deepen query complexity and optimization skills
  • Some exposure to dbt (data build tool) or a strong willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices quickly
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses — Snowflake preferred, though experience with any modern warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) is welcome
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical curiosity — a genuine interest in connecting data to real product and business decisions
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset — comfortable asking questions and learning from senior teammates
  • Bonus: Healthcare or digital health experience, or a personal interest in health and wellness
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Data Analytics Lead Revenue Operations Analyst at Spreedly

Owns sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, GTM planning, and compensation strategy to drive data-driven revenue operations decisions.

Senior Posted about 13 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us:

Spreedly is the world’s leading Open Payments Platform. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Durham, NC, the company gives mid-market and enterprise businesses the infrastructure to connect to any payment gateway, processor, or fraud tool through a single API. The platform is vendor-agnostic by design, meaning customers are never locked into a single provider and never need to rebuild their payments stack to access new capabilities.

The core business problem Spreedly solves is real and costly: global merchants face a fragmented payments ecosystem, where every new market, payment method, or fraud tool typically requires a separate, time-consuming integration. Spreedly eliminates that complexity, enabling companies to route transactions intelligently, secure cardholder data, prevent fraud, and expand into new markets without heavy engineering overhead.

About the Role:

Spreedly is building a new go-to-market operations function, and we’re hiring a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to help run it. Revenue Operations is joining Business Operations, and rather than migrate the function as-is, we’re pivoting it into a broader GTM Operations pillar — one built to run a predictable, efficient go-to-market operating engine.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities, reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Operations and serving as a trusted thought partner to our SVP of Revenue. You will own sales forecasting, pipeline and performance analytics, GTM planning, and sales compensation strategy, combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis with broader business context to inform decisions. You will work closely with the GTM Operations Analyst, who will contribute operational context, supporting analysis, and execution, while this role maintains overall accountability for the forecast, quota methodology, and recommendations to Revenue leadership.

You will go beyond reporting what happened. You will independently identify what is changing in the business, understand why, and translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that help Revenue leadership act early — for example, spotting churn risk in the funnel before it becomes lost revenue. This role is designed for someone who wants significant impact through expertise, judgment, analytical rigor, and execution rather than through managing a team. You will operate with significant autonomy, partnering directly with executive and sales leadership to turn analysis into action.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales forecasting process end-to-end — methodology, pipeline inspection, risk identification, and forecast accuracy — and run the cadence that gives leadership clear, actionable views of existing and new-customer opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the SVP Revenue, proactively surfacing trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • Analyze pipeline health, coverage, conversion, velocity, win/loss trends, and sales productivity to identify actionable insights and assess sales-funnel health and risk
  • Build quantitative models and complex-dataset analyses that support revenue decisions, planning, and scenario evaluation
  • Own the reporting and operating cadence that Revenue leadership uses to review performance, inspect the pipeline, and drive accountability
  • Own revenue operations planning and partner with Revenue and Finance leadership on GTM planning, including quotas, capacity, headcount, targets, and scenario planning
  • Own sales compensation strategy, design, and governance, including quota and incentive modeling, performance analysis, and oversight of commission accuracy, while partnering with the GTM Operations Analyst on day-to-day plan administration and commission processing.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and executive leaders on go-to-market decisions, including revenue-operations considerations for tools and processes such as CPQ and deal desk
  • Develop pipeline reporting that strengthens the prospect funnel in partnership with marketing, supports reps as they work opportunities through to close, and improves visibility from bookings through revenue conversion
  • Independently drive complex revenue operations work from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and execution
  • Communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to executive and cross-functional audiences

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, or a related role, within a complex B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep experience in owning sales forecasting and improving forecast quality, rigor, and visibility
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including building models and analyzing complex datasets in Google Sheets, and translating that analysis into business recommendations
  • Proven ability to partner with senior Revenue leaders, bring an independent point of view, and influence decisions through data and insight
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, coverage, conversion, velocity, sales productivity, and SaaS GTM metrics
  • Experience with sales compensation, including plan administration, commission processes, quota setting, and compensation analysis
  • Deep experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with GTM planning, including capacity, headcount, quota, target, or scenario planning
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to partner effectively with Finance and FP&A
  • The communication and presentation skills to be a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and convert strategy into clear action
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with significant autonomy and ownership, in a newly formed function without an established playbook
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time

Additional Skills We Value:

  • Ironclad or other contract lifecycle management solutions
  • Vasco or similar revenue operations platforms
  • Tableau experience
  • HubSpot experience
  • Fintech domain expertise

We Offer Our US-Based Employees:

  • Competitive salary + Equity
  • Outstanding Medical and Dental benefits, including 100% employer-paid option
  • Company-paid Life and Disability insurance
  • Optional vision and supplemental insurance options, and various Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Open Paid Time Off policy + 12 weeks of paid leave for new parents
  • Matching 401(k) plan (5% up to $5,000 yearly)
  • $1,000 annual professional development stipend
  • Monthly home working/digital lifestyle stipend, new MacBook, and one-time accessory reimbursement
  • Access to company-paid professional coaching service
  • Visits to HQ in Durham, North Carolina for remote employees

Spreedly Product Offering:

Spreedly provides an open payments platform. The platform’s connectivity provides payments performance. Key products and services include:

Connect— A unified API that integrates with hundreds of payment gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods worldwide, including digital wallets. Merchants access the global payments ecosystem through one connection.

Vault — A PCI-compliant secure repository for payment methods. Merchants store card data once and reuse it across any payment service, reducing PCI scope and protecting cardholder data at scale.

Optimize— Workflow-driven routing and retry logic that directs each transaction to the best-performing gateway in real time. On average, 7.9% of failed transactions succeed immediately when retried on a secondary gateway. This is where merchants recover lost revenue and increase authorization success rates.

Protect— A flexible fraud and authentication layer, incorporating advanced fraud tools and 3DS. Following Spreedly’s acquisition of Dodgeball in September 2025, fraud orchestration and payment optimization now operate within the same platform.

Resolve— Centralized management and reporting that reduces operational silos, strengthens security, and improves billing control across a merchant’s entire payment operation.

More Coming Soon! - Keep your eyes peeled for a new product launch by EOY ‘26

What It’s Like to Work Here:

We describe our team as “Spreedlings”: diverse, forward-thinking, and driven by a shared belief that a more open payments ecosystem benefits everyone. The company operates with a culture built on transparency, courageous collaboration, and self-driven leadership. The team values simplicity in both product and process, and approaches problem-solving with genuine curiosity.

We champion the ethical, creative use of AI—if you’re someone who pairs human judgment with modern AI tools to work smarter and drive bigger impact, you’ll thrive here.

Spreedly is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We actively work to drive out even unintentional discrimination in our hiring processes via practices like blindly graded work samples, structured interviews, and diversity awareness training.

Due to the sensitive nature of what Spreedly does - handling payment data - finalist candidates must complete a successful background and reference check.

At this time Spreedly is unable to provide sponsorship for employment, and we are not set up to support remote employees who reside in New York. In order to be considered for employment, applicants must be currently legally authorized to work in the job location country and not require future sponsorship in order to continue working in that country.

We appreciate your interest in our company. Because of the high volume of resume flow, we may only respond to those candidates that we think will be a potential fit.

#LI-AE1

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Data Analytics Product Analytics Associate Engineer at Twin Health

Build data pipelines and analytics solutions to translate member and care team data into actionable insights for product and clinical decision-making.

  • Support backlog development and ongoing enhancement of analytics solutions after initial implementation.

About You

You are a client-focused analytics leader who enjoys solving complex data problems and creating practical, well-designed solutions. You bring strong technical judgment and can move comfortably between business strategy, analytics architecture, hands-on Power BI development, executive conversations, and team leadership.

You are comfortable leading through ambiguity, influencing without authority, and operating in distributed, global teams. You communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences and are energized by helping organizations establish sustainable, value-oriented ways of working with data.

  • Exceptional customer-facing communication, facilitation, project leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for learning and applying new technologies, techniques, and procedures.

Data Analytics Analytics Engineer at Swoon

Owns end-to-end data stack including warehouse, pipelines, BI layer, and AI integration while enabling self-service analytics across the business.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Swoon is an original, design-led brand using an innovative NPD process to discover the next home trends. We run a lean team on a modern data stack - Snowflake, Airflow, Kleene, DBT and Sigma.

We’re looking for an analytics engineer to own that stack end-to-end: how pipelines get built and maintained, how AI is used within them, how analysis reaches the exec team, and how the wider business self-serves answers.

What we’re looking for:

This is a single-owner technical role. You will own the warehouse, the transformation layer, the orchestration and the analytics surface the business consumes, and you will shape how they evolve. No data team above you to escalate design decisions to. You will partner closely with the commercial, marketing, and operations leads to turn their questions into insight that is actually executable.

That autonomy is the point. You need to be highly self-motivated, comfortable making architecture calls on your own judgement, and willing to fix problems rather than route them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the data stack

  • Warehouse & modelling: Own the ELT process end-to-end - modelling, testing, documentation, cost and performance management.
  • Orchestration: Own orchestration and ensure pipelines are reliable, timely, and accurate.
  • Source integration: Maintain and extend extraction and loading from any new source.
  • Data quality: Build the tests and checks that mean decisions aren’t made on broken numbers.

2. Own the analytics stack

  • BI layer strategy: Own the decision on how Swoon delivers analytics. Assess whether our current BI layer is the right long-term solution. You will be expected to recommend Swoon’s BI future with evidence and own the consequences.
  • Self-service: Further improve our self-serve analytics for our non-technical colleagues across commercial, operations and marketing to get answers without routing every question through you.

3. Drive AI adoption

  • AI in the data workflow: Use AI tooling to compress the cost of analysis, transformation development, documentation and QA. Review the current standard and where it can’t be trusted.

  • AI enablement across the business: Work with function leads to identify where AI removes manual work - ops reconciliation, customer service triage, content generation, supplier admin - and build or specify the tooling. You are the technical enabler.

  • Track record: Demonstrable experience building and running a production analytics stack. Strong SQL and Python skills, plus Snowflake and orchestration (Airflow or equivalent).

  • AI fluency: Hands-on experience using AI tools in a real workflow.

  • Self-direction: You set your own roadmap, prioritise against commercial impact, and deliver without supervision.

  • Communication: You can explain a technical constraint to a non-technical stakeholder and push back on a bad request without damaging the relationship.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary
  • Share options programme
  • Profit share scheme
  • Wellbeing allowance
  • Generous pension scheme
  • Private medical cover for you and your family

Holidays, working environment and other perks

  • 27 days holiday rising to 30 with tenure
  • Four months of summer hours finishing at 1 PM on a Friday
  • Free furniture on each anniversary of employment
  • Friends & family discount of 20%
  • Fully remote working
  • Frequent meet-ups, in-person workshops and socials
